1. Open your email inbox and find your receipt. Subject line will be You bought TITLE! For example: “You bought The Virtues of Christmas!” or “You bought Trenton: Lord of Loss!” Searching for gumroad grace burrowes should also work.
2. Once you have the email open, click the teal View product button.
3. You have purchased two or three versions of each book – (1) a MOBI file that works on Kindles, (2) an EPUB file that works on iBooks, Nook, Kobo, Google Play, and most other eReaders, and, for some books, (3) a PDF file that works well on computers. If you’re not sure which type of file you want, click the teal Download all button.
4. If you know what version of the book you want, there are also gray Download buttons next to each file which will allow you to download only that one.

1. Download the .pdf version of your new book from Grace’s store to a convenient location on your computer, such as the desktop.
2. Locate your new Grace Burrowes book on your computer. Right click (or control + click on a Mac) and mouse to the Open With options to choose your favorite PDF reader. Or just double click and see which program opens as default.
3. Lots of programs work with PDFs, such as Preview on Mac, or Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac. Most any browser, such as Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox, will open PDFs, too. If you don’t already have a preference, try a few and see what you like best.
4. If you would like to print the PDF, go right ahead. It’s been optimized for that.
5. Your new book is open and ready for you to start reading. Enjoy!

Email the book to your Kindle device or app

1. First you need to figure out what your Kindle email address is. If you already know, skip to step 4. You can find your Kindle email address on your computer in your Amazon account information, or look it up on your Kindle itself.
2. To find your Kindle email address on your computer, go to the My Devices page of your Amazon account and sign in.
   1. You might be signed into Kindle on several devices (an actual Kindle, the Kindle app on your phone, and the Kindle Cloud Reader, for example).
   2. Click on the device you want to send your new Grace Burrowes book to.
   3. There are three columns of information under your device. At the top of the center column, it says Email: followed by an address and the option to edit. Edit it, if you like, then make note of that email address.
3. To find your Kindle address on your Kindle, go to your Kindle home screen.
   1. Click on the three dots button on the upper right side of the screen.
   2. Click on Settings.
   3. Click on Personalize your Kindle.
   4. At the end of that page, your Send-to-Kindle Email will be displayed.
4. Download the .mobi version of your new book from Grace’s store to a convenient location on your computer, such as the desktop.
5. Open your favorite desktop email program and compose a new message to your Kindle email address. Attach the book you downloaded and send it off.
6. Turn on your Kindle. After a few moments, your new Grace Burrowes book will start to download.
7. When the download is complete, the cover will be loaded and you’ll be able to click the cover to open your new book and start reading. Enjoy!

Add your book to your Kindle device via USB

1. Download the .mobi version of your new book from Grace’s store to a convenient location on your computer, such as the desktop.
2. Connect your Kindle to your computer with a USB cord
3. Your Nook will appear as a drive in the same location on your computer that external USB drives appear. On Windows, your Kindle will appear in the Computer or My Computer folder. An AutoPlay window might also pop up on Windows; click to Open folder to view files. On Mac, your Kindle will appear on your desktop.
4. Open your Kindle drive on your computer, then locate the appropriate folder – it might be called Documents, Internal Documents, or Books.
5. In another window, browse to your new Grace Burrowes book on your computer, that you downloaded in Step 1, then drag it into the Kindle folder you located in the previous step.
6. Wait for the transfer to finish and then safely eject your Kindle from your computer.
7. Turn on your Kindle. Click the cover to open your new book and start reading. Enjoy!

Add your book to the Kindle app for Android »

Add your book to iBooks, if have a Mac and sync your iOS device with iTunes:

1. Download the .epub version of your new book from Grace’s store to a convenient location on your computer, such as the desktop.
2. Open the iBooks app on your Mac.
3. Locate your new book on your computer and drag it into the App. Or click into the File menu > Add to Library. Browse to the book you downloaded and click Add.
4. Open iTunes.
5. Connect your iOS device via USB or WiFi, and locate your device button in the upper left corner of the iTunes interface. Click on that button.
6. Click on the Books in the left sidebar menu
7. Check to Sync Books > All books (or Selected books, if you prefer – just make sure you select your new Grace Burrowes book. Also keep in mind that ebook files are very small; even 1,000 book files won’t take up much space on your device.)
8. Click the Sync button on bottom right corner to apply these changes, and add your new book to your iOS device.
9. When the Sync is done, disconnect your device, and browse to the iBooks app.
10. Click the cover to open your new book and start reading. Enjoy!

Add your book to iBooks, if you don’t have a Mac (or don’t sync your iOS device with iTunes, or don’t want to deal with the iBooks Mac app):

1. On your phone, open the order confirmation you received from Gumroad. If you use the Gmail app, continue through the steps. If you use the Mail app, skip to Step 6.

7. Click the EPUB arrow dropdown and then click the gray Download button that appears. This will open a new page.
8. Click the Open in “iBooks” link in the upper right corner.
9. Your phone will automatically open the iBooks app, and open your new book. If you close it, you will be able to find it again in your Library. Or start reading now. Enjoy!

Add your book to the Kindle app for iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch

2. Open iTunes.
3. Connect your iOS device via USB or WiFi, and locate your device button in the upper left corner of the iTunes interface. Click on that button.
4. Click on Apps in the left sidebar and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the File Sharing.
5. Locate Kindle in the Apps list on the left side of the iTunes window, and click on it.
6. Browse to your new Grace Burrowes book on your computer, that you downloaded in Step 1, and drag it into the Documents pane on the right side of the iTunes window.

2. Go to Google Play Books.
3. Near the top right of your screen, click Upload files.
4. Browse to your new Grace Burrowes book on your computer, then drag it into the dashed line rectangle labeled Drag files here.
5. Under your Uploads your new book will show as Processing for a moment.
6. Once Processing is complete, you’ll see it with your other books under My Books.
7. Click the cover to open your new book and start reading. Enjoy!
