What’s Afoot With Grace for Nov. 4, 2012

The Bridegroom Wore Plaid is my first Scottish Victorian, and most of you probably know it hits the shelves December 4, 2012. What you may not know is that it was chosen as one of Publishers Weekly’s Best Books for 2012. This an honor that eludes many talented, hardworking, authors for entire long careers, and it’s my second book to be found worthy of this list (“The Heir” being the first). Humbled doesn’t begin to describe my reaction, nor does elated disbelief.

In more good news, Lady Louisa’s Christmas Knight is up for book of the month at Long and Short Reviews, though voting ends Sunday, November 4. This is a large, much respected review site, and even to make their list is, again, another honor.

Get ready for The Courtship to become generally available on Tuesday, November 6. It’s Percy and Esther’s novella, and would make a great diversion while you and your e-reader are waiting in line at the polls.

Finally, Lady Maggie’s Secret Scandal is still on $1.99 download on the iBookstore, and also at Amazon, so grab your copy now, because I suspect it’s a short duration discount.
